Lesson plans, homework and the lesson report
Read what teachers plan and set, review their lesson plans, and see how far each subject and teacher has got.
Teachers write lesson plans and set homework in the teacher portal (see the Teacher manual). From the admin portal you read them, review lesson plans, and see how the school is doing.
Lesson plans
Open Lessons → Lesson Plans. First you see every class with the number of plans, how many were taught, how many are not reviewed, and the date of the last lesson. Click Open beside a class (or Show all plans in one list).

Each plan shows the Date, Teacher, Class, Subject, its status and whether it has been reviewed. Use the filters for teacher, class, subject, status, review and date.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Planned, not yet taught. |
| Taught | The lesson was given. |
| Taught: class needs it again | It was taught, but the class needs to revisit it. |
Click a plan to read it: the unit and chapter from the curriculum, the topic, objectives, activities, materials, assessment, homework and notes.
Review a plan
Use Review on a plan to say you have read it. Add an optional comment for the teacher and save: "Review saved". The plan then shows who reviewed it and when, and teachers see your comment. Reviewing again updates your review.
Homework
Open Lessons → Homework. As with lesson plans, you start with the classes: how much homework was set, how much is open, overdue and completed, and when it was last set. Click Open (or Show all homework in one list).

Each item shows when it was Given and when it is Due, the teacher, class, subject and status. Filter by teacher, class, subject, or by Not completed, Overdue or Completed. Click one to read what learners must do and the number of questions.
Parents see the homework for their child in the parent portal when Homework is switched on for parents.
The lesson report
Open Reports → Lessons for a school-wide picture. Export CSV downloads it.

| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Lesson planning | For each teacher: the periods on their timetable, how many lessons they planned, how many they taught, and how much is planned. Set From and Until to choose the dates. |
| Curriculum progress | Pick a class to see how far each of its subjects has got through its units and chapters. |
Closed days (holidays and breaks on the calendar) are left out, so a school break does not count against a teacher.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| A class shows no plans | Its teachers have not planned lessons in the teacher portal yet, or "Lesson plans" is off for teachers in Settings. |
| The curriculum progress is empty | The class has no curriculum (see Curriculum). |
| A teacher shows few planned lessons | Their timetable has more periods than they have planned, or the dates chosen include a holiday. |
