Reports → Assets and Facilities has one page for the reports. Pick a report from the row of buttons at the top. Each one has Export and Print.

| Report | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Assets | What the school owns by category: how many assets are new or good, fair, poor or damaged and under repair, and what they cost when bought. |
| Maintenance | Problems reported in a year, how many are done, and what fixing them cost, month by month. Choose the year. |
| Utilities | How much each meter used in each month of a year, and the bills. Choose the year. |
| Running out | Warranties ending within 60 days, vehicle papers that have expired or end within 30 days, and repairs past their due date. |
The Running out report is the one to open at the start of each month. It lists everything that needs renewing, so nothing lapses by surprise.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | What it means and what to do |
|---|---|
| A report is empty | Nothing has been recorded yet, for example no meter readings for that year. |
| A category shows the wrong total | Check that assets are in the right category and have their Purchase cost. |
